I am writing this letter of review for Attorney Akshay Pradhan of your law firm.
I needed legal representation in filing a sexual discrimination complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Division. As a woman in her 60s this situation was extremely painful, stressful and awful. I was overwhelmed by the whole experience and it’s legal process. After contacting several law firms in Denver and experiencing varying degrees of uncomfortableness with their approach I was fortunate to find Mr. Akshay Pradhan.
Akshay’s approach was immediately different from the other attorneys I had talked with. He was approachable, respectful, listened with concern, conveyed his understanding and support for my situation in both a professional and humanistic manner. I felt validated by his understanding. It was apparent to me he had a passion for serving the rights and fair treatment of others.
I chose Akshay Pradhan to represent me because he demonstrated his knowledge of discrimination law by explaining the legal process in a manner easily understood by a layperson, which was so different from the various attorneys I had met with; most of which pawned me off to their paralegals. In all my contacts with Akshay he was always professional, patient, responsive and humanistic toward me. Even when I was emotional, angry or frustrated with the whole legal process. He was genuinely concerned for me, by providing reassurance and advice in navigating the lengthy process of a state discrimination investigation.
I just can’t say enough about Akshay. He always had my best interest in mind by considering my legal costs and making good use of our time. I could not have gotten through this process with out him. I frankly did not expect to find an attorney with such strong personal ethics, compassion and resourcefulness.
I recommend Akshay Pradhan with the utmost respect and gratitude. I would certainly seek him out again should I ever need legal support in a business situation which his one of his specialities and would recommend him and his legal skillsto my family and friends.
