I needed legal representation in filing a sexual discrimination complaint with the Colorado Civil Rights Division. As a woman in her 60s this situation was extremely painful, stressful and awful. I was overwhelmed by the whole experience and it’s legal process. After contacting several law firms in Denver and experiencing varying degrees of uncomfortableness with their approach I was fortunate to find Mr. Akshay Pradhan.

Akshay Pradhan came into my life at a time when I was frustrated with not finding a lawyer that would help me in a situation involving a corporate landlord where I lived. Time was of the essence and Akshay was able to help me when it was needed.

I worked with Akshay for several years on a complicated case and was impressed with his knowledge. He has a backup team of lawyers that that he works with that specialize in specific areas. I don’t think they were needed in this case but it was comforting to know that we had easily accessible support in the event that it was needed.

When Akshay stepped into the situation, he was so kind, so reassuring, so calm. He clearly discussed our options and assured me that he would do everything in his power to keep me out of court. His communications with the landscaper were also warm and calm, but stern. He was never ugly or threatening to the landscaper. He calmly and methodically pushed for a resolution.
