When Akshay stepped into the situation, he was so kind, so reassuring, so calm. He clearly discussed our options and assured me that he would do everything in his power to keep me out of court. His communications with the landscaper were also warm and calm, but stern. He was never ugly or threatening to the landscaper. He calmly and methodically pushed for a resolution.
